1. Vision and mission
Vision: To meet the needs of animal meat from the source of fisheries, poverty reduction and export income increase.

Mission: Due to sustainable production of other aquatic property including fisheries and shrimp, increasing the country's nutritional needs and increasing the export earnings and ensuring the proper management of the open water for the participation of the sustainable population, and the welfare of the poor fishermen and the fishermen in the socio-economic development of Bangladesh, through the benefits obtained from them.
